From I-95 from North or South, exit Baymeadows (Exit # 341).

West on Baymeadows one mile to Philips Hwy.

Right (North) on Philips Hwy and right again immediately past the Exxon to Avonlea Antique Mall.

Detailed Directions:

From US 1 (Philips Hwy) north from St. Augustine, you will see Avonlea on your right immediately after crossing Baymeadows.  We are located thirty-one miles north of St. Augustine.

From US 1 (Philips Hwy) south from Jacksonville, cross J. Turner Butler Blvd. and turn left into our shopping center at the first light south of Baycenter Road (the intersection currently has no name but is the light at the new Lowes).  This will turn you directly into our shopping center.  Take an immediate right at the front of the center and you will see our green signs.

From J. Turner Butler Blvd. west, turn left/south on Philips Hwy (JTB dead ends into Philips) and follow the directions above turning left into our center at the unmarked traffic light where the new Lowes has been built.

From 295 South, take the I95North flyover where I95 and I295 meet.  North on I95 to Baymeadows (Exit # 341), west to Philips Hwy, right/north on Philips and we are immediately on the right past the Exxon Station.

From 9A South.  Go west/right on Beach Exit to the first traffic light (St Johns Bluff) and turn south/left on St Johns Bluff.  Follow SJBluff to J Turner Butler Blvd and east/right on JTB until it dead ends into Philips Hwy.  Left/south on Philips and left at the first light south of Baycenter Road (an unmarked light at the site of the new Lowes).  Left at that light turns you into our center and an immediate right and you will see our green signs next to the Exxon Station.

From Southside Blvd, follow it south to the Baymeadows Rd. intersection and west on Baymeadows Rd.
